However, if there is a problem with your item we will be happy to discuss other options with you, and possible remake an item.
After checkout, a member of our team will be in touch to provide the address to send your keepsake items to, and to confirm jewellery choices and details. We advise your items are posted signed for recorded.
Before your item is fully created and dispached, photos will be sent out for you to confirm you are happy with the colour of your item.
After receiving your keepsake items, your jewellery will be posted out in approximately 7 working days, but up to 14 wroking days in busy periods.
