We firstly advise a quick glance over our full FAQ section to ensure a smooth and speedy process. After selecting your desired piece, to order an item please use the drop down menu to select your size and colour, and use the notes section for any further jewellery customisation. After checkout, a member of our team will be in touch to provide the address to send your keepsake items to, and to confirm jewellery choices and details. We advise your items are posted signed for recorded. Before your item is fully created and dispached, photos will be sent out for you to confirm you are happy with the colour of your item. After receiving your keepsake items, your jewellery will be posted out in approximately 7 working days

The design shape is as close to the product image as can be. Colours can change in lighter shades due to the pigment changes due to ashes colours, Please contact us if you are unsure what colour to choose.

We can make keepsakes out of most keepsake items. Eg, Ashes, Hair, Breastmilk, Sand , Clothing , Wedding Dresses and much more. Please ask if you would like us to make something not listed on here.
